The bathroom was absolutely incredible, spacious and impeccably presented. The room was massive, with an en-suite bathroom that had a fantastic walk-in shower. Despite the warmth, we managed to keep cool by having a window slightly open at night. The location was great, within walking distance to the city centre and with plenty of nearby buses in case of bad weather. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, with messages and calls to ensure our satisfaction. a superb stay with everything we needed, including a quiet area, easy access with code locks, and convenient amenities like a kettle and TV. We even had power sockets right next to the bed. Definitely recommended if you're in need of a comfortable and spacious place close to the university area.

Very good stay, as always. Decent base for travelling to Belfast and exploring local places. Fantastic location in Belfast, really close to Belfast, Close to Botanic train station and the city centre Plenty. Also, in the middle of the city.

The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and a short walk to the city centre. The vintage vibe of the old house added a cool atmosphere. I loved the convenience of the number code entry system, eliminating the need to carry keys. The room was spacious and well-priced, especially with the discount I received. The staff, particularly Letitia the housekeeper and Mike the maintenance man, were friendly and helpful.
